Each mini season will allow athletes the chance to put their learned skills into action during a final "competition" day during the last session of the season.
The fall season will require athletes to commit to training on at least one specific day of the two offered per week. This will allow for the continued formation of safe and sustainable training groups during the season. Athletes will have the option to select the either Monday, Wednesday or Monday & WEd es day options for an 8 week season. Please continue to the registration/sessions page for more details.
